This is such a beautiful song. Performed by the Hamilton family, this song was written by Ron Hamilton. He wrote this song in 1978, immediately after losing one of his eyes due to cancer (source). While not the main singer in this video, Hamilton is in the background, wearing an eye patch. He said the song is based on Philippians 4:4, which reads, “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.”
