Christians respond to police shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wis.

Panel discusses Black Lives Matter protests, policing questions and issues of law and order.

The case of Jacob Blake, a Black man shot seven times in the back by police in Kenosha, Wis., was the focus of a Christian Chronicle panel discussion today.

Other topics of the hour-long dialogue included the Black Lives Matter movement, policing questions and issues of law and order.

Panelists were:

Sammie Berry, minister and elder of the Dallas West Church of Christ.

Verlon Johnson, member of the Park Forest Church of Christ in Matteson, Ill.

Ben Peterson, member of the A&M Church of Christ in College Station, Texas.

Kevin Redd, minister for the Millington Church of Christ in Tennessee.
